                         MILITIA AND MILITARY AFFAIRS
                                  CHAPTER 11
                           CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE
    46-1116.  DETAIL OR EMPLOYMENT OF REPORTERS AND INTERPRETERS. The
convening authority of a court-martial shall detail or employ a reporter who
shall record the proceedings of the court. The convening authority of a
military court may, if he deems it necessary, detail or employ interpreters
who shall interpret for the court.
