    46-725.  AVAILABILITY OF ARMORY FOR EMERGENCY AND DISASTER RELIEF
PURPOSES. When the governor shall declare an emergency within any county which
has an armory constructed under the provisions of this act, the governor may
declare, subject to the provisions of the National Defense Facilities Act of
1950, that such armory be made available immediately to the board of county
commissioners of such county for emergency and disaster relief purposes.
