                          OFFICERS AND ENLISTED MEN
    46-208.  ARREST OF OFFICERS AND ENLISTED PERSONNEL. Officers and enlisted
personnel of the national guard not in the service of the United States may be
placed in arrest by superiors as provided for in the Idaho code of military
justice.
