2005 Idaho Code - 46-206 — RETIREMENT OF OFFICERS -- TIME OF SERVICE

    46-206.  RETIREMENT OF OFFICERS -- TIME OF SERVICE. Any officer of the
national guard who loses his federal recognition because of mandatory
retirement may be advanced one (1) grade and may be placed upon the retired
list by order of the governor as commander-in-chief. Any commissioned officer
who has served as an officer in the national guard of Idaho for a period of
twenty (20) years, upon his request, may be advanced one (1) grade, and placed
upon the retired list. Any commissioned officer who has a total service in the
armed forces of the United States and in the national guard of Idaho of
fifteen (15) years, may upon his request be advanced one (1) grade and
retired.
