2005 Idaho Code - 46-203 — RANK OF OFFICERS

                                  TITLE  46
                         MILITIA AND MILITARY AFFAIRS
                                  CHAPTER 2
                          OFFICERS AND ENLISTED MEN
    46-203.  RANK OF OFFICERS. All officers of the national guard of this
state shall take precedence or relative rank, as determined by the federal
laws and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
