                                  CHAPTER 3
                             POWERS AND DUTIES OF
                              BOARD OF DIRECTORS
    43-312.  APPEALS. Appeal may be taken by any interested person from said
decree of the district court to the Supreme Court by serving a written notice
of such appeal upon the secretary of said board of the irrigation district,
within thirty (30) days after the rendition of said decree by said court.
