2005 Idaho Code - 41-5110 — EXAMINATION AUTHORITY

                                  CHAPTER 51
                         REINSURANCE INTERMEDIARY ACT
    41-5110.  EXAMINATION AUTHORITY. (1) A reinsurance intermediary shall be
subject to examination by the director. The director shall have access to all
books, bank accounts and records of the reinsurance intermediary in a form
usable to the director.
    (2)  A RM may be examined as if it were the reinsurer.
