2005 Idaho Code - 41-1827 — RIGHT TO INSPECT POLICIES IN FORCE

                                  CHAPTER 18
                            THE INSURANCE CONTRACT
    41-1827.  RIGHT TO INSPECT POLICIES IN FORCE. The director shall have the
right to inspect any policy covering any risk in this state, and every
policyholder shall produce and exhibit any policy in his possession or control
when required for such inspection. Any person who violates this section shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by
a fine of not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500).
