                                  CHAPTER 18
                            THE INSURANCE CONTRACT
    41-1821.  VALIDITY AND CONSTRUCTION OF NONCOMPLYING FORMS. (1) A policy
hereafter delivered or issued for delivery to any person in this state in
violation of this code, but otherwise binding on the insurer, shall be held
valid, but shall be construed as provided in this code.
    (2)  Any insurance policy, rider, or endorsement hereafter issued and
otherwise valid which contains any condition, omission or provision not in
compliance with the requirements of this code, shall not be thereby rendered
invalid but shall be construed and applied in accordance with such conditions
and provisions as would have applied had such policy, rider, or endorsement
been in full compliance with this code.
