                          TRADE PRACTICES AND FRAUDS
    41-1311.  SELLER OF PROPERTY NOT TO FAVOR INSURER OR AGENT. No seller of
real or personal property, and no person engaged in the business of selling
real or personal property, and no trustee, director, officer, agent or other
employee of any such seller or such other person shall require, as a condition
to the selling of such property, or for the performance of any other act in
connection therewith, that the person to whom such property is to be sold,
purchase or place any fire, property damage, theft, collision or personal
injury insurance covering such property, from any particular insurance agent
or agents, broker or brokers, or insurer or insurers.
