                          AUTHORIZATION OF INSURERS
                           AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
    41-322A.  CERTIFICATES OF AUTHORITY FOR DEPOSIT GUARANTEE CORPORATIONS.
Upon the application of a deposit guarantee corporation, the director may
issue a certificate of authority to a corporation authorized to issue share
and deposit insurance contracts upon such terms and conditions as the director
may prescribe by rule or regulation promulgated in accordance with section
41-211, Idaho Code, and chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code.
