                                  CHAPTER 3
                          AUTHORIZATION OF INSURERS
                           AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
    41-307.  AUTHORIZATION FOR INVESTMENT PURPOSES ONLY. A foreign insurer may
make investments in this state without certificate of authority as provided by
section 30-1-1501, Idaho Code. Such an insurer shall not be subject to any
other provision of this code.
