                          AUTHORIZATION OF INSURERS
                           AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
    41-304.  "CHARTER" DEFINED. "Charter" means articles of incorporation,
articles of agreement, articles of association or other basic constituent
document of a corporation, or the power of attorney of a reciprocal insurer.
