                                  INSURANCE
                                  CHAPTER 2
                         THE DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE
    41-269.  LIBERAL CONSTRUCTION OF ACT. It is hereby declared that this act
is necessary for the public safety, health, peace and welfare, is remedial and
preventive in nature, and shall be construed liberally.
