2005 Idaho Code - 41-204 — DIRECTOR\'S OATH AND BOND

                                  INSURANCE
                                  CHAPTER 2
                         THE DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE
    41-204.  DIRECTOR'S OATH AND BOND. At the time of taking office the
director shall take an oath of office, and give bond in favor of the state of
Idaho in the time, form and manner prescribed in chapter 8, title 59, Idaho
Code. The oath shall be filed with the secretary of state.
