2005 Idaho Code - 41-201 — DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE

                                  INSURANCE
                                  CHAPTER 2
                         THE DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE
    41-201.  DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE. There is hereby created the department
of insurance of the state of Idaho. The department shall, for the purposes of
section 20, article IV, of the Constitution of the state of Idaho, be an
executive department of the state government. The department of insurance
shall be composed of such divisions and units as authorized by the provisions
of section 41-206, Idaho Code.
