                       ADOPTION AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
    39-7504.  FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENTS AND GUARDIANS OF ESTATE. The
compact administrator shall take appropriate action pursuant to existing law
to effect the recovery from relevant parents or guardians of estate, at the
option of said administrator, of any and all costs expended by the state, or
any of its subdivisions, with respect to Idaho children handled under said
compact.
