2005 Idaho Code - 39-6702 — ESTABLISHMENT OF THE TREASURE VALLEY AIR QUALITY COUNCIL

                              HEALTH AND SAFETY
                                  CHAPTER 67
             TREASURE VALLEY AND REGIONAL AIR QUALITY COUNCIL ACT
    39-6702.  ESTABLISHMENT OF THE TREASURE VALLEY AIR QUALITY COUNCIL. There
is hereby established a Treasure Valley air quality council within the Idaho
department of environmental quality. It shall be the responsibility of the
council to develop a plan and carry out the duties established by this
chapter. The council shall be assisted in its work by the department of
environmental quality and other appropriate state and local agencies as
needed.
