                               CLEAN LAKES ACT
    39-6407.  TECHNICAL ADVISORY GROUP. To assist in its objectives, the
council shall create a technical advisory group which may include the
designated representatives of the public health district, city and county
planning or engineering departments, Department of Environmental Quality,
Department of Lands, Department of Fish and Game, Department of Parks and
Recreation, Department of Water Resources, State Soil Conservation Commission,
United States Forest Service, United States Bureau of Land Management, United
States Army Corps of Engineers, United States Agricultural Conservation and
Stabilization Services, United States Environmental Protection Agency, United
States Geological Survey or any one or more of said agencies and such
representatives of agriculture, conservation, forest products, sportsmen and
mining interests as may be appointed by the county. Indian tribes may nominate
a representative for the technical advisory group to the county for
appointment to the group. Members shall serve without state compensation
except such normal compensation received by members who are state employees
serving in the normal course and scope of their employment.
