                               CLEAN LAKES ACT
    39-6406.  PUBLIC ADVISORY COMMITTEE. The council shall create a public
advisory committee comprised of nominees or designated representatives of any
incorporated nonprofit membership lake association and any Indian tribe whose
reservation touches upon a lake. The public advisory committee may meet with
the council with full right to participate in all proceedings and discussions
except that public advisory committee members shall not be voting members.
