                               CLEAN LAKES ACT
    39-6405.  MEMBERSHIP. The governor shall appoint one (1) member from each
participating county to the council and two (2) members at large from the
region. Two (2) members of the council will be county commissioners at the
time of their appointment. The terms of the members shall be three (3) years
with the initial term to be staggered in terms of one (1), two (2) and three
(3) years by the governor when he makes the appointment. Members of the
regional clean lakes coordinating council shall be compensated as provided in
section 59-509(b), Idaho Code.
