    39-6404.  ESTABLISHMENT OF A REGIONAL CLEAN LAKES COORDINATING COUNCIL.
There is hereby created in the region encompassing Boundary, Benewah, Bonner,
Kootenai and Shoshone counties a regional clean lakes coordinating council. It
shall be the responsibility of the clean lakes coordinating council to
implement the clean lakes pilot program created by this chapter. The regional
clean lakes coordinating council shall be assisted in carrying out its
responsibilities by the staffs of the panhandle health district and the
department of environmental quality.
