2005 Idaho Code - 39-6213 — INTERSTATE COOPERATION

                                  CHAPTER 62
                              PCB WASTE DISPOSAL
    39-6213.  INTERSTATE COOPERATION. The director shall have the power and
the duty to encourage cooperative activities between the department and other
states for the improved management of PCB wastes, and so far as is practical,
to provide for uniform state regulations and for interstate agreements
relating to PCB waste management. The state may enter into such agreements
with other states to accomplish the purposes as set out in this chapter.
