                              PCB WASTE DISPOSAL
    39-6207.  UNAUTHORIZED DISPOSAL OF PCB WASTE PROHIBITED. No person shall
incinerate or dispose any PCB waste in such a manner that the waste, or any
constituent thereof, may enter the environment, except in compliance with the
provisions of this chapter and any regulations pursuant hereto.
