2005 Idaho Code - 39-6206 — GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES OF DIRECTOR

                                  CHAPTER 62
                              PCB WASTE DISPOSAL
    39-6206.  GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES OF DIRECTOR. The director:
    (1)  Shall take all actions not inconsistent with this chapter as are
necessary and feasible to enable the department to regulate PCB disposal
consistent with TSCA.
    (2)  May conduct and publish studies of PCB waste disposal in this state.
    (3)  Shall exercise all powers and discharge all duties expressed in or
implied from the provisions of this chapter.
