                               CLEAN INDOOR AIR
    39-5508.  RULES AND REGULATIONS. The director of the Idaho department of
health and welfare shall adopt rules and regulations necessary, reasonable and
consistent with the intent of this chapter to implement the provisions of this
chapter. The director may, upon request, waive the provisions of said rules
and regulations if it is determined that there are compelling reasons to do so
and a waiver will not significantly affect the health and comfort of
nonsmokers.
