2005 Idaho Code - 39-3135 — FACILITIES FOR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 31 REGIONAL MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES 39-3135. FACILITIES FOR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES. The state mental health authority may contract for the lease of facilities appropriate for the establishment of comprehensive mental health services. In order to encourage the development of comprehensive health care and whenever feasible and consistent with comprehensive mental health treatment, these facilities shall be in or near facilities within the region housing other health services. The state mental health authority may, when necessary, contract with public or private agencies for the construction of appropriate facilities when approved by the advisory council for the construction of community mental health centers.
