                            FIRE ESCAPES AND DOORS
    39-1904.  PENALTY FOR VIOLATING PRECEDING SECTIONS. Any person, firm or
corporation, or his or its agents, officers or trustees, who shall fail to
comply with the preceding provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be punishable by imprisonment in
the county jail for not less than three (3) nor more than six (6) months, or
by a fine of not less than $200.00 nor more than $300.00, or by both such fine
and imprisonment.
