                  HOTELS AND FOOD VENDING ESTABLISHMENTS --
                          REGULATIONS AND INSPECTION
    39-1802.  POSTING OF INFORMATION. (1) In each hotel there shall be posted
in a plainly legible fashion, in a conspicuous place in each sleeping room,
the following information:
    (a)  The maximum rates at which such room is rented;
    (b)  A copy of section 18-2405, Idaho Code; and
    (c)  A copy of section 39-1804, Idaho Code.
    (2)  In each hotel there shall be posted a copy of this chapter in a
plainly legible fashion, in at least two (2) conspicuous places.
