                              HEALTH FACILITIES
    39-1403.  ADMINISTRATION -- DIVISION OF HEALTH FACILITIES SURVEY AND
CONSTRUCTION. There is hereby established in the state department of health
and welfare a division of health facilities survey and construction which
shall be administered by a full time salaried director under the supervision
and direction of the agency.
