                       HOSPITAL LICENSES AND INSPECTION
    39-1353.  POWER TO ISSUE AND SELL TAX ANTICIPATION NOTES OR BONDS.
Hospital districts created and existing under this chapter shall have the
further power to issue and sell tax anticipation notes or bonds in the manner,
and for the purposes and to the extent authorized by chapter 31 of title 63 of
Idaho Code.
