2005 Idaho Code - 39-1350 — NOTICE WARRANTS WILL BE PAID ON PRESENTATION

    39-1350.  NOTICE WARRANTS WILL BE PAID ON PRESENTATION. Whenever there is
an amount to the credit of the district fund, as shown by the books of the
treasurer, sufficient to pay the warrant or warrants next entitled to payment
therefrom, the treasurer shall immediately place in his office, as provided in
the preceding section, a notice that such warrant or warrants will be paid on
presentation, stating therein the number and series of any such warrants; and
the treasurer shall thereupon send, by mail, to the record holder of such
warrant, in case such holder shall have left with the treasurer his address
for that purpose, notice that such warrant will be paid on presentation.
