2005 Idaho Code - 39-1119 — TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

                                  TITLE  39
                              HEALTH AND SAFETY
                                  CHAPTER 11
                            BASIC DAY CARE LICENSE
    39-1119.  TRAINING REQUIREMENTS. The owner or operator of a day care
center shall ensure that each employee receives four (4) hours of ongoing
training every twelve (12) months after the employee's hire date.
