                            IMPORTED FOOD PRODUCTS
    37-1607.  INJUNCTIVE POWER TO ENFORCE LAW. In addition to other remedies
provided by this act the state department of agriculture is authorized to
apply to the district court, and such court shall have jurisdiction upon a
hearing and for cause shown to grant a temporary or permanent injunction
restraining any person from violating this act.
