                            IMPORTED FOOD PRODUCTS
    37-1605.  ADMINISTRATION OF ACT -- INSPECTION AND SAMPLING. It shall be
the duty of the state department of agriculture to administer and enforce the
provisions of this act. The state department of agriculture or its duly
authorized agents shall have free access at all reasonable hours to every
wholesale and retail establishment which sells or offers to sell meat,
poultry, eggs or butter to the public and may enter any vehicle being used to
transport any such meat, poultry, eggs or butter for the purpose of inspecting
the products therein, and to secure samples or specimens of such meat or
products.
