    37-806.  PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS -- INJUNCTIONS. Any person violating any
of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon
conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars
($10.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300), and on the complaint of
the department any person operating in violation of said chapter may be
enjoined in a suit in equity.
