2005 Idaho Code - 37-335 — PENALTY -- ENFORCEMENT

                          DAIRIES AND DAIRY PRODUCTS
    37-335.  PENALTY -- ENFORCEMENT. (1) Any person, firm or corporation,
violating the provisions of sections 37-331 through 37-334f, Idaho Code, or
any part or provision of any of said sections, shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and punishable by a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200)
or imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six (6) months or by both
such fine and imprisonment.
    (2)  In addition, any products not in compliance with the provisions of
sections 37-334 through 37-334f, Idaho Code, shall be subject to seizure and
disposition in accordance with an appropriate court order or rule adopted by
the director of the department of agriculture.
