2005 Idaho Code - 37-302 — DAIRIES TO BE INSPECTED
TITLE 37 FOOD, DRUGS, AND OIL CHAPTER 3 DAIRIES AND DAIRY PRODUCTS 37-302. DAIRIES TO BE INSPECTED. It shall be the duty of the director of the department of agriculture to cause to be visited as frequently as it may deem necessary all dairies supplying dealers and consumers with milk, and inspect the same. A copy of the inspection report shall be left with the owner and such information given as will assist the producer to improve the sanitary conditions or remedy such defects as the inspection report indicates. A copy of the inspection report shall be kept on file in the office of the director.
