2005 Idaho Code - 34-1216 — TIE VOTES -- IN STATE OR DISTRICT ELECTIONS

                                  CHAPTER 12
                               CANVASS OF VOTES
    34-1216.  TIE VOTES -- IN STATE OR DISTRICT ELECTIONS. In the case of a
tie vote between the candidates at a primary or general election, the
interested parties or their authorized agents shall appear before the
secretary of state within two (2) days after the canvass and the tie shall be
determined by a toss of a coin.
