2005 Idaho Code - 33-5212 — REVIEW

                                  TITLE  33
                                  EDUCATION
                                  CHAPTER 52
                            PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOLS
    33-5212.  REVIEW. The state board of education shall review the
educational effectiveness of charter schools under the provisions of this
chapter and shall report to the legislature not later than July 1, 2004.
