                                  CHAPTER 48
                   IDAHO EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY INITIATIVE
    33-4809.  HIGHER EDUCATION INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE. The state
board of education shall establish a standing subcommittee of the council to
be known as the higher education information technology committee, the purpose
of which is to advise the council regarding postsecondary and other education
technology and telecommunications issues pertinent to the purposes of this
chapter that affect educational segments not including primary and secondary
education.
