                               JUNIOR COLLEGES
    33-2109.  PRESIDENT -- INSTRUCTORS AND OTHER EMPLOYEES -- REQUIREMENTS FOR
ADMISSION AND GRADUATION -- CERTIFICATES AND DIPLOMAS -- TEXTBOOKS AND
EQUIPMENT. The board of trustees shall elect a president of the college and,
upon his recommendation, appoint such officers, instructors, specialists,
clerks and other personnel as it may deem necessary; fix their salaries, and
prescribe their duties. It shall fix the requirements for admission, and the
time and standard of graduation, and issue such certificates for graduation
and diplomas as may be deemed suitable. It shall prescribe the textbooks, and
provide suitable apparatus, furniture and equipment for carrying on the work
of the college.
