2005 Idaho Code - 33-1504 — SCHOOL BUSES

                                  CHAPTER 15
                           TRANSPORTATION OF PUPILS
    33-1504.  SCHOOL BUSES. A motor vehicle shall be deemed a "school bus"
when it has a seating capacity of more than ten (10) persons and meets the
current national and state minimum standards for school bus construction, and
is owned and operated by a school district or a common carrier and is used
exclusively for transporting pupils, or is owned by a transportation
contractor and is used regularly for transporting pupils.
