                          STATE AID -- APPORTIONMENT
    33-1012.  TRANSMITTAL OF COUNTY SCHOOL MONEYS. Not later than the 10th day
of each month, beginning August 1, 1981, the county auditor shall compute the
moneys in the county school fund and shall transmit not later than that date
the amount determined to the treasurer of the state of Idaho for deposit to
the public school income fund, and these moneys shall be apportioned to the
public schools in the same manner as prescribed by law for other moneys
credited to the public school income fund.
