2005 Idaho Code - 33-1007 — EXCEPTIONAL EDUCATION PROGRAM REPORT
TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 10 FOUNDATION PROGRAM -- STATE AID -- APPORTIONMENT 33-1007. EXCEPTIONAL EDUCATION PROGRAM REPORT. The state department of education shall report annually to the legislature the status of the exceptional education support program. The report shall include, but not be limited to, data concerning the number of persons served, both handicapped and gifted, the districts which operate programs and the nature of the program, the money distributed pursuant to the provisions of the exceptional education support program, and estimated number of persons, both handicapped and gifted, requiring but not receiving services. The report shall be filed not later than the fifteenth day of the legislative session and may include recommendations of the board relating to administrations of the program.
