2005 Idaho Code - 33-1004D — REPORTING -- IDAHO BASIC EDUCATIONAL DATA SYSTEM

                                  CHAPTER 10
                            FOUNDATION PROGRAM --
                          STATE AID -- APPORTIONMENT
    33-1004D.  REPORTING -- IDAHO BASIC EDUCATIONAL DATA SYSTEM. For each
employee of the school district, a report shall be made in a format prescribed
by the state superintendent of public instruction, which shall include
sufficient identifying information to provide individual verification,
education, teaching experience, and other district employment information. The
form shall be filed with the state department of education not later than
October 15 of each school year.
