                            FOUNDATION PROGRAM --
                          STATE AID -- APPORTIONMENT
    33-1002E.  PUPILS ATTENDING SCHOOL IN ANOTHER STATE. In any school
district which abuts upon the border of another state, the resident pupils of
said district may attend schools in the other state as provided in section
33-1403, Idaho Code.
