2005 Idaho Code - 33-502A — DECLARATION OF INTENT FOR WRITE-IN CANDIDATES
TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 5 DISTRICT TRUSTEES 33-502A. DECLARATION OF INTENT FOR WRITE-IN CANDIDATES. No write-in vote for school district trustee in a school district election shall be counted unless a declaration of intent has been filed indicating that the person desires the office and is legally qualified to assume the duties of school trustee if elected. The declaration of intent shall be filed with the school district clerk. Such declaration of intent shall be filed not later than fourteen (14) days before the day of election.
