2005 Idaho Code - 33-405B — CHALLENGE OF VOTERS
TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 4 SCHOOL ELECTIONS 33-405B. CHALLENGE OF VOTERS. Any judge may challenge any elector attempting to vote in a school district election. In the event any person offering to vote is challenged, one (1) of the judges must declare the qualifications of an elector to such person. If the person so challenged then declares himself duly qualified and the challenge is not withdrawn, the elector shall be entitled to vote upon subscribing to the elector's oath.
