2005 Idaho Code - 33-401 — LEGISLATIVE INTENT

                                  TITLE 33
                                  EDUCATION
                                  CHAPTER 4
                               SCHOOL ELECTIONS
33-401. LEGISLATIVE INTENT. The legislature finds that a comprehensive
and integrated statutory scheme for the conduct of school elections is
critical to the public's understanding of and confidence in the public school
election system. It is therefore the intent of the legislature that with the
exception of chapter 24, title 34, Idaho Code, and the provisions of title 18,
Idaho Code, which shall be fully applicable, or unless otherwise specifically
provided, all school elections shall be governed by the provisions of this
chapter.
